April 2007. Recognizing that so many of our new customers result from referrals from existing customers, we now offer a $250 credit toward future subscriptions whenever a new customer tells us that one of our existing customers was the main reason we won their business. (Like most programs, this one is subject to change without notice.)
October 2006. We have been busy! In addition to supporting all of our new customers, we have added quite a few new features to BallotBox.
March 2006. Collaborare releases version 2.0 of BallotBox to all current subscribers. Its new features include optional vote weighting and many improvements suggested by our fantastic customers. Version 2 also enables an optional add-on voterSIGNUP service for email address collection.
April 2005. Todd Chalmers joins Collaborare as General Manager.
October 2004. Collaborare successfully completes its first online board election.
September 2004. Collaborare publicly announces the availability of BallotBox, the solution for authenticated and anonymous online voting.
February 2004. Collaborare, LLC is officially formed.
Mid-2002. Initial prototype of BallotBox is designed and developed.
